THE COMPETITION COMMISSION DETERMINED THE WINNERS AND LAUREATES OF

The composition of the competition committee, headed by the President of the Tomsk Food Industry Association Artem Bagreev, included the heads of the regional executive authorities of the Tomsk region responsible for the implementation of national projects on entrepreneurship and export development, the Business Development Fund, the Tomsk Export Support Center, leading business associations of the region: Tomsk CCI, all-Russian organization "OPORA ROSSII", "Association of Timber Industrialists and Timber Exporters", Tomsk Food Industry Association.

 

During the meeting of the commission, taking into account the specifics of our region, it was decided to the traditional nominations "Exporter of the Year in the Industry", "Exporter of the Year in the Agro-Industrial Complex", "Exporter of the Year in the Field of High Technologies", "Exporter of the Year in the Service Sector", " Breakthrough of the Year”, add nominations for a new geography of sales and export of high technology products.

 

Among the winners and laureates of the competition are well-known innovative and manufacturing companies whose products are sold in more than 80 countries of the world:

 

“Despite all the difficulties associated with the coronavirus pandemic, Tomsk SMB exporters have demonstrated the competitiveness of their products and services. The export volume of the winners and laureates of the regional competition at the end of 2020 amounted to more than 1.7 billion rubles. The geography of sales of Tomsk IT solutions, organic agricultural products, betatrons, special polymers, devices, interactive equipment, ecological products from wild plants amounted to more than 80 countries of the world. Last year, Tomsk companies became winners and laureates of the regional and all-Russian competition "Exporter of the Year". "We wish them good luck in 2021”, said Deputy Governor of the Tomsk Region Andrei Antonov, who oversees the national project for the development of entrepreneurship.

 

In 2021, for the first time since the start of the regional competition, the winners will have the opportunity to co-finance the individual participation of companies in specialized international exhibitions, the laureates will receive valuable prizes from the Business Development Fund.

 

The "Exporter of the Year" competition was organized within the framework of the national projects "Small and Medium Business and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives" and "International Cooperation and Export" with the support of the Administration of the Tomsk Region, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the Russian Export Center.
